Hi -

I am looking for a skilled .net dev to join our virtual team. Although this is a telecommute position I would like to find someone in the Ann Arbor area so I can get some occassional face-time with.

The candidate would work on our website and affiliated management applications. I am looking for someone to champion this project/site and work on it as if it were their own.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is looking for a steady consistent work. We are flexible and open to ideas/schedules/etc...

Job Duties:
• Develop, prototyping and implementing new projects from conception to deployment;
• Maintaining our existing projects;
• Develop within our functional/technical specs and environment;
• Ability to work well in a team environment (devs and management)

Skills Needed:
• Superb communication skills via IM & email (reliable & consistent);
• Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Self-motivation and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Work within technology standards and production best practices;

Job/Technology Experience Needed:
• Seasoned experience of software/web development;
• Application development using Visual Studio 2003/2005 (ASP.NET / VB.NET);
• C# / VB.NET;
• MS SQL / MySQL
• ADO.NET
• XML
• AJAX
• Javascript
• Subversion

• Win2003 Server
