Overview:
Milan, MI based manufacturer is in the process of developing a next generation quality control software tool for manufactured parts. End customers include automotive, aerospace and oil industries. The software is written in C# for .NET 2.0 and has a significant Winforms component. In addition, it makes use of SQL Server 2005 to store data relating to surface measurements.

Seeking a contract software developer to add enhancements that improve the usability and reliability of the software and database.

Required skills:
• - C#
• - Winforms 2.0
• - ADO.NET 2.0
• - XML

Prefer experience with:
• - SQL Server 2005
• - Windows installation software

Potential contract-to-hire, up to 40/hr. Duration is initially 6 months. Work to be performed on-site.
