My name is Kyle Concannon and I am new to AADND.  I work with a staffing and recruiting company out of Novi and am responsible for much of metro Detroit including Ann Arbor.    I look forward to attending the next meeting and learning more about the group.  In the mean time we have a client who is looking for a .NET Developer/Architect to assist them with a project through the end of November.  I have pasted the job description below.  Please feel free to email me with any questions or a time we can speak.

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

1.)    To develop 3-tier web applications using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2005.

2.)    To develop smart client applications using Microsoft Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF).

3.)    Create software applications for large distributed .NET solutions.

4.)    Work with agile development teams as it relates to software development, including test driven development, automated unit testing.

5.)    Work in an integrated team using Visual Studio Team Suite and Team Foundation Server.

Must Have Skills:

1.)    5+ years of hands-on experience developing Web and Windows Applications using .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.

2.)                Demonstrated experience in developing custom applications involving databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and ADO.NET

3.)                Demonstrated experience in developing custom applications involving .NET generics and application blocks.

4.)                Candidates with experience in developing applications using Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF) or Composite UI Application Block (CAB) will be given HIGH PREFERENCE!

5.)                BS in Computer Science or related.

Nice to Have Skills:

1.)    Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, HTTP/XML, .NET Enterprise Library, SCSF, CAB, NHibrenate

2.)    Agile software development practices

3.)    Visual Studio Team Suite, automated build, automated deployment
