.NET/SQL Developer

Implement software solutions and perform work in the following areas: requirements, solution design and recommendation, development, testing, and implementation on SQL Server and Web based platforms.

Job responsibilities will include the following:
• Work with client to understand business and technical requirements for new and existing SQL / web based initiatives
• Provide recommendations for implementing solutions using an agile and iterative methodology
• Ability to travel to client site (Toledo, OH) for reviewing requirements and as needed throughout project

Required Skills
• Hands on experience creating, updating, and testing database tables / views, stored procedures, DTS packages and batch jobs in SQL Server (2000 and above)
• Ability to utilize change management techniques in a relatively unstructured environment
• Ability to pick up technologies quickly (i.e., Radar web based reporting
• software) without the benefit of formal training
• Ability to ramp up on supporting existing / legacy ASP / ASP.NET / SQL 2000 applications with a minimal level of existing documentation
• Experienced in recommending and estimating technical solutions

Requires:
5+ years overall IT experience required
3+ years .NET Programming experience (ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET)
3+ years experience Web Architecture
2+ years experience generating technical documentation years
2+ proven mentoring/leadership experience on significant projects

Livonia, MI home office location. Salary up to 85K.
