SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AND A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN:

·         Web design and development experience using Microsoft technologies: .Net, SQL Server, .Net, ASP

·         Minimum 7+ years experience (architecting enterprise systems = 3, development = 4)

·         Other key ideal technical experience: AJAX, DotNet Nuke, Open Source

·         Demonstrated experience is a must

·         Excellent communication skills – oral & written, are crucial as client interaction is unavoidable

·         Complete Systems Lifecycle knowledge and experience

·         Proven experience meeting with users/stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate those into technical specifications

OTHER NECESSARY KEY TRAITS:

·         Assist with the design of application architecture

·         Estimate level of effort for project requirements

·         Willingness and commitment to gain professional certifications

·         Recognize, understand and develop up-sell business opportunities for TTI
